Waking Up Without Dread

Well here’s another one for the gratitude list:  Waking up without that sense of impending doom!  Normally Monday mornings are terrible for me, and I have a horrible feeling of dread upon waking.  Well I gotta say!  Between the oxcarbazapine and the daily exercise, I think a switch has been tripped!!  Thank you Lordy Jeezy and thank you Dr. Drugs!!!!!  I am walking around my house with a happy little feeling in my heart!!  Holyyyyy Shite is this nice!!!  Whew.  I am full of thankfulness.  Just had to share it with the world.  Peach out, homies!

  1. There must be something in the air because Mondays are usually hell for me. Depression hits. This morning I’m feeling good and whistling a happy tune. Good to see you woke up on the bright side this morning.

  2. Yes! I’m happy for you! After a night of feeling like a disgusting mess of an excuse for a human being….I awake up and have a morning with sun and gladness, and relief!! I share in your celebration!!! Happy “good morning” day! I hope it carries on through out the day for you!

    • Honest to God for me it was the right medication cocktail that helped the most with The Dreads. I still don’t like Mondays and I don’t like going to work but I don’t have that horrible feeling of impending doom any more and I am very grateful for that. Hope this helps. And I hope things get better for you.
